The Sag Harbor Fire Department along with the RIT Team from East Hampton held a drill together on Friday night in a house due to be demolished. We would like to thank the community for their continued support in helping us better ourselves so we can better serve you. Sag Harbor Fire Department Fights Natural Gas Main Fire

On May 13th, 2021 around 4pm the Sag Harbor Fire Department responded to a reported gas leak. Upon arrival it was discovered that a natural gas main was struck by a hydraulic drill and caught on fire. Members created a water curtain to protect the house which was only a short distance away and used another hose line to keep the power equipment hydraulic and gas tanks cool. Sag Harbor responds to a residential structure fire on Halloween

On Saturday October 31, just before 2:00 PM the Sag Harbor Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at 148 Harbor Watch Ct. Upon arrival, 1st Assistant Chief O'Brien Jr. found heavy smoke coming from the attic. Upon entering the building fire was located in the basement as well as the second floor ceiling.
