Sag Harbor responds to a residential structure fire on Halloween

On Saturday October 31, just before 2:00 PM the Sag Harbor Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at 148 Harbor Watch Ct. Upon arrival, 1st Assistant Chief O'Brien Jr. found heavy smoke coming from the attic. Upon entering the building fire was located in the basement as well as the second floor ceiling. East Hampton and Southampton Fire Departments responded wit RIT teams while North Sea, Bridgehampton and Amagansett Fire Departments responded with additional manpower. The fire was extinguished shortly after 3:00 PM and all units were clear by 4:00 PM with no reported injuries.
